1) ABOUT THE PRODUCT
BYOP’s patches are personal scent carrier patches designed to hold and release user-supplied perfume or scent in a controlled manner.
BYOP’s patches do not contain fragrance. All scent is provided solely by the user.
BYOP’s products are intended for personal scent use only.
2) WEBSITE USE & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from byopp.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery terms, Returns & Refunds policy, and this Legal Disclaimer.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and anyone interacting with BYOP’s or PureSAFE Products Inc., including through third-party platforms.
3) PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION / NO HEALTH CLAIMS
BYOP’s patches are not food, supplements, medical devices, drugs, cosmetics, or therapeutic products.
No medical, therapeutic, or health claims are made.

4) IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
NOT FOOD — DO NOT EAT, INGEST, CHEW, OR SWALLOW.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Not intended for insertion into nose, mouth, eyes, ears, or any internal body areas.
Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
Users are responsible for determining what is appropriate for their personal situation and for keeping the product in a safe location.
5) PLACEMENT & USE
Patches may be worn externally on skin-safe areas or placed inside clothing at the user’s discretion.
They are not intended for internal body use.
Use of the product is optional and entirely at the user’s discretion and risk.
6) USER-SUPPLIED PERFUME DISCLAIMER
All perfume, fragrance, or scent applied is supplied by the user.
PureSAFE Products Inc. is not responsible for any reactions, irritation, sensitivity, staining, odors, or outcomes caused by user-supplied perfumes or scents.
Users should follow the safety guidance and warnings of their own perfume or fragrance brands and discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.
7) USE, STORAGE & PERFORMANCE (NO GUARANTEES)
BYOP’s patches are designed to be pre-scented and stored for up to 14 days in cetain cases for weeks and provide up to 90 minutes of controlled release once worn but tested for 10 x longer like 9-10 hrs.
Internal testing observed longer performance under certain conditions;
Results are not guaranteed.
Performance varies based on perfume type, amount used, body heat, proximity, airflow, motion, temperature, humidity, and placement.
Marketing references to extended longevity are relative observations, not guarantees.
No performance outcome is guaranteed.
8) USE AT YOUR OWN RISK / ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Products are used entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk.
By purchasing or using BYOP’s products, you assume all risks associated with use, storage, handling, and placement, including risks related to user-supplied perfumes.
No reliance should be placed on examples, testimonials, or marketing materials as guarantees of any outcome.
9) NO RETURNS / HYGIENE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE OPENED.
Products that contact skin or clothing cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Approved claims may receive replacement or store credit at our discretion.
10) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureSAFE Products Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to:
• access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the website;
• purchase, use, misuse, storage, or handling of products;
• user-supplied perfumes or scents;
• third-party platforms, payment providers, carriers, or services;
• any content, statements, or materials on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of PureSAFE Products Inc. for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
11) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PureSAFE Products Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
• your use or misuse of the website or products;
• your violation of these terms;
• your user-supplied perfumes or scents;
• your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
12) THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & SERVICES
PureSAFE Products Inc. is not responsible for actions, policies, outages, content rules, decisions, or services of third-party platforms or providers, including (without limitation) Shopify, TikTok, Meta/Instagram, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers, shipping carriers, and logistics partners.
Any interactions with third-party platforms are governed by those platforms’ own terms and policies.
13) NO AGENCY / NO PARTNERSHIP
Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency, employment, franchise, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and PureSAFE Products Inc.
You have no authority to bind PureSAFE Products Inc. in any manner.
14) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, product names, logos, images, and design elements are owned by or licensed to PureSAFE Products Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
15) CHANGES TO TERMS
PureSAFE Products Inc. may update these terms at any time.
Changes are effective when posted on the website.
Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16) SEVERABILITY

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
