This policy explains how shipping, pre-orders, out-of-stock items, limited production drops, and returns are handled.

HOW PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED DROPS WORK

Our products are produced and released in limited production drops. Even when an item is marked as Out of Stock, Sold Out, or Pre-Order, customers may still place an order.

When you purchase an out-of-stock or pre-order item:

• You can complete your purchase
• Payment is collected at checkout
• Your order is reserved for an upcoming production drop

This system allows customers to secure access to high-demand products before the next release.

These are release windows only and are not guaranteed shipping dates.

DROP SCHEDULE

  • Orders are fulfilled during scheduled production drops, which are announced periodically by BYOP.
    Drop timing is intentionally not fixed or publicly scheduled. This allows us to:
    • Manage high demand responsibly
    • Control inventory and quality
    • Allocate production fairly
    • Avoid overproduction and delays
    Drop announcements may vary based on demand, production capacity, and logistics conditions.

  • IMPORTANT:
    While drop dates are not guaranteed or pre-announced, all paid pre-orders are guaranteed fulfillment. Once payment is received, your order is secured and will be fulfilled in an upcoming production drop.

    ORDER FULFILLMENT & ALLOCATION
    Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, subject to inventory availability for each production drop.
    Once a drop is finalized:
    • Customers included in that drop will receive a shipping notification
    • Orders not included will automatically roll over to the next available drop
    Due to high demand and limited production capacity:
    • Fulfillment in a specific drop is not guaranteed
    • However, once payment is received, your order is guaranteed to be fulfilled in one of the upcoming drops

    SHIPPING ORIGIN
    Orders are currently fulfilled and shipped from Canada.
    Depending on destination, orders may be shipped domestically within Canada or internationally. Shipping origin may change without notice based on inventory location, production, or logistics.
    International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

    SHIPPING RATES
    We offer flat-rate shipping for select regions:
    Canada: Flat-rate shipping of $6.49 CAD
    United States: Flat-rate shipping of $6.49 USD
    For all other international destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier rates, and applicable services.
    All shipping fees are displayed and confirmed before order completion.

    SHIPPING TIMELINES
    Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
    Delays may occur due to:
    • Production scheduling
    • Carrier delays
    • Customs clearance
    • Weather or force-majeure events
    BYOP is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.

    ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY ISSUES
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PureSAFE Products Inc. is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
    Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, PureSAFE Products Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    RETURNS, REFUNDS & FINAL SALE POLICY
    Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products:
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE OPENED.
    Like opened cosmetics or personal-use items that come into contact with skin or clothing, BYOP products cannot be returned once opened for safety and hygiene reasons.

    EXCEPTIONS (DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS)
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    • Provide clear photo evidence
    Claims are eligible only for unopened items. If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
    Refunds are not guaranteed.

    INVENTORY CHANGES & PRODUCTION ISSUES
    In the event of unexpected inventory changes, production delays, or supply constraints, PureSAFE Products Inc. reserves the right to:
    • Delay fulfillment to a future production drop
    • Allocate inventory based on order priority
    • Offer store credit or fulfillment in a later drop if necessary

    PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
    By placing a pre-order or out-of-stock order, you acknowledge that:
    • Payment is collected at the time of purchase
    • Your order will ship during a future production drop
    • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
